As a courtesy, our coordinators submit your claims and supporting narratives, so the paperwork never lands on your desk.
Benefits verified before treatment
We check your coverage in advance and give you an honest estimate before anything begins. No surprises.
Payment is due at the time of service
You pay us directly when you’re seen; your insurer then reimburses you directly at their usual and customary (UCR) rates.
Out-of-network, on purpose
We’re not a contracted provider with any plan. Which keeps every clinical decision between you and Dr. Zadeh, never an adjuster.
